Two ways to ask. Both end in the same place.
In the app (fastest) — open STILL → Settings → tap your account at the top → Delete account.
By email (no app needed) — write to service@chillcompany.com with the subject "Delete account" and include the email address you signed up with. We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and email you when it is done.
What happens after you ask
- Your account is marked for deletion straight away, with a 30-day grace period. Signing back in during that window cancels the deletion.
- During the grace period your public and link-shared compositions are taken down immediately, and any share links you have already sent stop working.
- After 30 days your account and the data below are permanently deleted.
What is deleted
- Account (email, sign-in method, profile, avatar)
- Your compositions and uploaded audio
- Favourites, playlists, subscriptions, comments and reactions
- The contact email, diagnostic information and attachments in any problem or repair report you sent
- Your individual listening rows and taste profile (what you played, how long you actually listened, category preferences, time-of-day distribution)
What we do not hold, and therefore cannot delete
If you turned on the app's health data feature, the health and fitness data it reads (sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, steps) only ever existed on your phone — we have no copy. Turning the feature off in the app deletes all of it from the phone immediately, as does removing the app.
What is kept, and why

If you also want the warranty record removed, say so in your email — note that this voids the warranty for that device.
