This Privacy Policy explains how Chill Company Pte Ltd ("Chill Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit chillcompany.com and when you use the Chill STILL app and its creator-subscription features (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
Chill Company is the brand operated by Chill Company Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. We build Mental Infrastructure™ — products, rituals, and sensory experiences for the human nervous system. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@chillcompany.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your email and message when you contact us; account details if you create a creator or listener account; and the content you upload or publish.
Payment information. Subscriptions and purchases are processed on the web through a third-party payment provider. Card numbers are handled by that provider — we do not store full card details on our servers. We retain transaction records (amount, date, plan) for accounting and payouts.
Information collected automatically. Usage and device data through analytics tools (see §4), anonymized article view counts, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
3. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process subscriptions, sales, and creator payouts.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve content and features.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and measurement, including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These help us understand traffic and usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them will not break the core site experience.
5. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the Services. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function:
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — authentication and database for accounts and content.
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage analytics.
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement.
- A web payment provider — subscription and purchase processing.
6. Payments on the web
Subscriptions to creators are processed on the web rather than through an app store. When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We receive confirmation and transaction metadata, not your raw card data.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@chillcompany.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. International transfers
We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services evolve — particularly as the creator-subscription and advertising features develop. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.

2. 我們蒐集的資訊
你主動提供的資訊。你與我們聯絡時的電子郵件與訊息；建立創作者或聽眾帳號時的帳號資料；以及你上傳或發佈的內容。
付款資訊。訂閱與購買透過第三方金流供應商於網頁上處理。卡號由該供應商處理——我們的伺服器不會儲存完整卡片資料。我們會保留交易紀錄（金額、日期、方案）以供帳務與分潤使用。
自動蒐集的資訊。透過分析工具蒐集的使用與裝置資料（見第 4 條）、匿名化的文章瀏覽次數，以及標準伺服器紀錄（IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、造訪頁面）。
3. 我們如何使用你的資訊
- 營運、維護與改善本服務。
- 處理訂閱、銷售與創作者分潤。
- 回覆你的詢問並提供支援。
- 了解整體使用情形，改善內容與功能。
- 偵測、預防與處理詐欺、濫用或安全問題。

4. Cookie 與追蹤技術
我們使用 Cookie 及類似技術進行分析與成效衡量，包括 Google Analytics 4 與 Meta（Facebook）Pixel，協助我們了解流量與使用模式。你可透過瀏覽器設定管理 Cookie；停用不會影響網站的核心使用體驗。
5. 第三方服務
我們仰賴可信賴的供應商來營運本服務，各供應商僅在其功能所需範圍內處理資料：

7. 我們如何分享資訊
我們不販售你的個人資訊。我們僅在下列情況分享資料：與上述服務供應商共享、法律要求時、為保護權利與安全，或於業務移轉（如合併或收購）時——若屬後者，我們會通知你。
8. 資料保留
我們僅在達成本政策所述目的所需期間，或法律要求期間（例如稅務與帳務紀錄）內保留個人資訊。不再需要時，即予刪除或匿名化。
9. 你的權利
視你所在地區而定，你可能有權存取、更正、匯出或刪除你的個人資料，並反對或限制特定處理。如欲行使這些權利，請來信 hello@chillcompany.com，我們將於合理時間內回覆。
10. 跨境傳輸
我們的服務遍及全球，你的資訊可能在你所在國家以外的地方處理。在法律要求時，我們會對跨境傳輸採取適當的保護措施。

2. 収集する情報
あなたが提供する情報。お問い合わせ時のメールアドレスとメッセージ、クリエイターまたはリスナーのアカウント作成時のアカウント情報、アップロードまたは公開するコンテンツ。
決済情報。サブスクと購入は、第三者の決済プロバイダーを通じてウェブ上で処理されます。カード番号は当該プロバイダーが扱い、当社のサーバーに完全なカード情報を保存することはありません。会計と支払いのため、取引記録（金額・日付・プラン）は保持します。
自動的に収集される情報。分析ツールによる利用・デバイス情報（第4条参照）、匿名化された記事閲覧数、標準的なサーバーログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、閲覧ページ）。
3. 情報の利用目的
- 本サービスの運営・維持・改善。
- サブスク、販売、クリエイターへの支払い処理。
- お問い合わせへの対応とサポート提供。
- 全体的な利用状況の把握とコンテンツ・機能の改善。
- 不正・濫用・セキュリティ問題の検知・防止・対処。
- 法的義務の遵守。
4. Cookie とトラッキング技術
当社は分析と効果測定のために、Google Analytics 4 や Meta（Facebook）ピクセルを含む Cookie および類似技術を使用します。これによりトラフィックと利用傾向を把握します。Cookie はブラウザ設定で管理でき、無効にしてもサイトの基本的な利用は損なわれません。
5. 第三者サービス
本サービスの運営には信頼できるプロバイダーを利用しており、各社はその機能に必要な範囲でのみデータを処理します：
- Vercel——ウェブサイトのホスティングと配信。
- Supabase——アカウントとコンテンツの認証・データベース。
- Google Analytics——トラフィックと利用の分析。

6. ウェブ上での決済
クリエイターへのサブスクは、アプリストアではなくウェブ上で処理されます。お支払い時、決済情報は暗号化された接続を通じて決済プロバイダーへ直接送信されます。当社が受け取るのは確認情報と取引メタデータであり、生のカード情報ではありません。
7. 情報の共有
当社はあなたの個人情報を販売しません。データの共有は、上記のサービスプロバイダーとの間、法令で求められる場合、権利と安全を守るため、または事業承継（合併・買収など）の一環としてのみ行います。後者の場合はお知らせします。
8. データの保持
個人情報は、本ポリシーに記載の目的に必要な期間、または法令で求められる期間（税務・会計記録など）のみ保持します。不要になった場合は削除または匿名化します。
9. あなたの権利
お住まいの地域によっては、個人データへのアクセス・訂正・エクスポート・削除を求める権利、特定の処理に異議を唱えたり制限したりする権利があります。これらの行使は hello@chillcompany.com までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。
10. 国際的なデータ移転
当社はグローバルに事業を展開しており、あなたの情報はお住まいの国以外で処理される場合があります。必要な場合は、越境移転に適切な保護措置を講じます。
11. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは16歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、その情報を意図的に収集しません。子どもが情報を提供したと思われる場合はご連絡ください。削除します。
12. セキュリティ
