Industry first

The Active Subscriber Pool.

Most platforms pay creators based on raw subscriber counts. Zombie accounts get counted the same as active listeners. We don't think that's fair to creators.

At STILL, a subscriber only enters the creator pool if they have at least one complete listen (≥ 60 seconds) in that month. Subscribers who don't listen contribute nothing to creators that month — their fee stays with the platform.

The first month is exempt to give new subscribers space to explore.

Creator Pool = (Active Subscribers × $19.9) × 0.7 × Pool %
Your Share   = Creator Pool × (Your listens ÷ Platform total listens)

Note: the × 0.7 in the formula reflects the standard App Store / Google Play store cut and payment-processing fees. Pool % is the creator-pool rate: 50% in Year 1, 45% from Year 2 onward.

Safety net

If your accumulated balance reaches ≥ $300 and stays inactive for 24 months, we automatically pay out. Your earnings never expire.

Anti-fraud rules

Complete listen: ≥ 60 seconds.
Cooldown: each composition counts once per 3 hours per user.
Composition max length: 12 minutes.
Year 2 onward: $9.9 one-time creator onboarding fee for new creators (Year 1 creators exempt).
